D5 Poznan CheckPoint

The Depart at the relay has Berlin (Germany) and the stop has Poznan (Poland).

- On this stage, we ran all night, seeing many rabbits not afraid by the runners of Alliance Running. Some of them were running along the road with us, we felt like being in “Alice is in wonderland”.

- In the middle of the night, we understood what an industrial area in Germany means while crossing the impressive surroundings of Essen and Dortmund : electrical powerplants, huge factories…

- Today we realized that we were going more and more to the east seeing the sunrise at 7am. It was an euphoric atmosphere in the Renault Trafic and we made a lot of pictures till 7:56am completing our stage in Beckum.

- Finally after this good stage, the team started to feel really tired as we can feel in the main comments of the runner:

 * Jean François said : The life of the city was really interesting when I crossed people

  leaving disco who didn’t understand anything when I told them “we are going to Russia!”

 * Sylvain said: “Keep pushing as little rabbits !”

 * Jean Pierre said: “The running machine”

 * Alexander said: “1 shot”

 * Jerome said: “Even if I start to become tired, the first arrival after the sunrise was so

    beautiful”

- As it became usual, the team finished the day with a giant German breakfast “früstück” with nice bred and tortes…

We begging our stage at seelow, we have the pleasure to welcome Kenvin after his first runner’s stage, we’ve wich him to have a lot of fun..

Renaud our doc took care of Vincent damage left “mollet” and took the time to discuss and follow Kiril while he was running in order to advise him how to improve his running technic. Kiril had good advices and feel better during the stage.

At the same time Daniel bought some local smocked sausages at the village market with was on the mail plaza in ordrer to eat something else than energetic sticks

 The stage begin “sporty” at Kietz (next to Franckurt on oder)…our GPS was showing nothing after the border…like new Christopher Colombus we wered navigating to unknown country…hopefully Vincent and Emmanuel explores Google map all night long !

The road began also more difficult for runner, no cycling way and a lot of trucks. By the way a special thanks to Poland’s trucks drivers who never use horn. A lot of them supports us.

During the stage Renaud was waiting for us on the road and picture a lot for facebook.

We finish at the Intermarché of skwierzyna 45 minutes earlier that the planned time.

On the car park there were a Nissan X trail, a Renault Scenic and Laguna, we’ve took pictures with the happy owners and make them happier by offering them gifts.

When V3 arrive we welcome them and especially Ksenia by offering her beautiful roses.
